The 500 TPD Leap: Yashtej Industries Powers Up Soy Production

Yashtej Industries India has successfully completed the expansion of its soybean solvent extraction plant, increasing its processing capacity from 300 tonnes per day (TPD) to 500 TPD.

The project was executed as per schedule and has commenced commercial operations, with the date of commencement of commercial operations (DCCO) effective April 9, 2026. Prior to full-scale operations, the company conducted successful trial runs to ensure smooth functioning of the upgraded facility, which is now operating steadily at the enhanced capacity.

The expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s production capabilities and is expected to improve processing efficiency and output in the edible oil and soy-based products segment.

By upgrading existing infrastructure rather than building a new facility, the company has focused on optimising throughput and operational efficiency. The enhanced capacity is also expected to strengthen supply chain reliability and enable the company to better meet growing market demand.

Overall, the upgrade positions Yashtej Industries for improved operational performance and potential revenue growth in the coming financial periods.
